1pg.link is a product created and maintained by Historymakers Ltd, also identified in this document as ("1pg", "we", "us" and "our"), provides access to the 1pg.link website, an online interactive website builder and hosting platform (the "Site") that allows you to create a website hosted on a subdomain URL using a 1pg.link domain extension as described in Section 3(B) of our Terms of Use, or a custom domain provided by you (each a "Site").
This 1pg Privacy Policy explains what Personal Information (defined below) we collect, how we use and share that information, and your choices regarding our information practices during your access to and use of the products and services we provide (collectively, including the Site, "Service" or "Services"). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made part of our Terms of Use.
Before using the Service or submitting any personal information, please review this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, please let us know and we will be happy to help. By using the Privacy Policy and submitting your data on our Site, you agree to 1pg's policies. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, we urge you not to enter the Site or use the Service.

Personal information you provide: we collect the following categories of personal information when you contact us or provide us with details prior to posting a site:
Identifying information: we collect your name and email address. We may also collect your phone number and/or billing address if you choose to add funds to your 1pg account balance.
Financial Information: Our payment processor(s) will collect the financial information necessary to process your payment, such as your payment card number and authentication details. Please note, however, that we store only a tokenized version of this information and do not keep payment card information on our servers.
Communication Information: We may collect information when you contact us with questions or concerns and when you voluntarily respond to questionnaires, surveys or market research requests seeking your opinion and feedback. Providing communication information is optional for you.
Social Media Information: We have pages on social media sites such as Twitter ("Social Media Pages"). When you interact with our social media pages, we collect the personal information that you choose to provide to us, such as your contact details. In addition, the companies that host our social media pages may provide us with aggregate information and analysis about the use of our social media pages.
Internet Activity Information: When you visit, use and interact with the Service, we may receive certain information about your visit, use or interactions. 1pg does not sell your personal information. Under certain circumstances, we may share the categories of Personal Information described above without notice, unless required by law, with the following categories of third parties:
Vendors and Service Providers: to help us meet the needs of business operations and perform certain services and functions, we may share Personal Information with vendors and service providers, including hosting service providers, cloud and other information technology service providers, email communication software and email newsletter services, advertising and marketing services, payment processors, customer relationship management and customer support services, and analytics services. In accordance with our instructions, these parties will access, process or store Personal Information in the course of performing their functions for us.
Business Transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, dissolution, sale of all or a portion of our assets, or transition of service to another provider (collectively a "Transaction"), your Personal Information and other information may be shared in the due diligence process with counterparties and others assisting in the Transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of or following such Transaction along with other assets.
Legal Requirements: if required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, (ii) protect and defend our rights or property, (iii) prevent fraud, (iv) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Service, or the public, or (v) protect against legal liability.

Other Users: Certain actions you take may be visible to other users of the Service. For example, sharing a site with another user will make your name and email address accessible to that user. You acknowledge that by performing such actions or adding information to your profile, you make the shared information available to other users and that 1pg cannot control and will not be responsible for any use that other users make of that information.
4. California Privacy Rights Disclosures
Where provided by law and subject to any applicable exceptions, California residents may have the right:
To know the categories of Personal Information that 1pg has collected about you, the business purpose for collecting your Personal Information, and the categories of sources from which the Personal Information was collected;
To access the specific Personal Information 1pg has collected about you;
To learn whether 1pg has disclosed your Personal Information for commercial purposes, the categories of Personal Information so disclosed, and the categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed your Personal Information;
To have 1pg, under certain circumstances, delete your Personal Information;
To instruct companies that sell Personal Information to stop doing so - 1pg, however, does not sell Personal Information; and
To be free from discrimination in connection with the exercise of these rights.

After we receive your request, we may request additional information from you to verify your identity. Your authorized agent may submit requests in the same manner, although we may require that the agent provide signed written permission to act on your behalf, and you may also be asked to independently verify your identity with us and confirm that you have provided permission for the agent to submit the request.

5. Children
The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information through the Services from a child under the age of 18 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian, as required by law, we will delete it.

- Request copies of the Personal Information we collect about their child;
- Direct us to delete the Personal Information we have collected about their child;
- Instruct us to stop collecting or using Personal Information about their child.
6. Links to Other Sites
The Service may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Historymakers, including social media services ("Third Party Sites"). The information you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of use of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. By providing these links, we do not imply that we endorse or review these sites. Please contact the Third Party Sites directly for information about their privacy policies and practices.

You use the Service at your own risk. We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect Personal Information online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever completely secure or error-free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from us may not be secure.
